Broker Rikki Hooker decided to do something to change the outcomes for foster care youth in our community after learning that 20% of youth who age out of the system immediately become homeless. She now volunteers with Youth Villages Oregon, a nonprofit that helps youth ages 14 to 23 find resources to help them in adulthood.
