Builder Greg Welch is using his latest development, which will be featured in the July Tour of Homes, as a fundraiser for Camp Tamarack in Bend. The camp hosts roughly 4,000 kids a year in their outdoor school and summer camp programs and gives high schoolers the opportunity to act as student leaders. Welch and his subcontractors raised money throughout the building process and plan to raffle off items to the public during the Tour of Homes to raise additional funds.
